Etoposide, methotrexate, plus dactinomycin followed by cyclophosphamide and vincristine (EMA-CO) for gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN)

Time	Treatment
Day 1	Etoposide 100 mg/m² by IV infusion in 200 mL of normal saline over 30 minutes
	Dactinomycin 0.5 mg IV push
	Methotrexate 100 mg/m² IV bolus followed by
	Methotrexate 200 mg/m² by IV infusion over 12 hours
Day 2	Etoposide 100 mg/m² by IV infusion in 200 mL of normal saline over 30 minutes
	Dactinomycin 0.5 mg IV push
	Leucovorin 15 mg IM or orally every 12 hours for four doses beginning 24 hours after starting methotrexate
Day 8	Cyclophosphamide 600 mg/m² IV in normal saline
Day 8	Vincristine 1 mg/m² IV push
