An axial image through the bladder using a T2-weighted sequence (A), shows a 1.4 cm endophytic urothelial carcinoma (arrow). Image B is a fat-saturated T1-weighted image following contrast administration and shows homogeneous enhancement (arrow) without overt mural transgression.
