Rigid pes planus with Morton foot

This photograph shows a patient with rigid pes planus (no medial arch) and a Morton foot with a long second metatarsal (note second toes indicated by arrows that extend distally). This foot pattern is seen with tarsal coalition involving the medial calcaneus.
