US dynamic assessment acromioclavicular joint

Ultrasound (US) image of dynamic testing for acromioclavicular joint instability. The joint can be seen widening with horizontal shoulder abduction and narrowing with horizontal shoulder adduction. With horizontal shoulder adduction, the acromion also depresses relative to the clavicle.
