AB Two young children with upper lid colobomas and associated lipodermoids underwent eyelid reconstruction using lipodermoid skin as an autograft with good cosmesis. AB Chronic cocaine use may lead to widespread intranasal inflammation and necrosis. Cases of cocaine use affecting the orbit have been reported in the literature with a clinical spectrum ranging from inflammation-induced p-anti-cytoplasmic neutrophil autoantibodies positive vasculitis to severe midline destructive lesions resulting in orbital apex syndrome.

Three adult female patients (age range 39-76 years old) were found to have multiple, flesh-colored lower eyelid papules, clinically consistent with syringomas, but histologically displaying abundant clear cell change.
