(A) Sagittal endovaginal plane of the uterus demonstrates 8 weeks gestation in the cervix and decidual reaction in fundal endometrium (arrow).

(B) Zoomed in endovaginal view of the cervix with color Doppler demonstrates 8 weeks gestation with cardiac activity. The gestation is immediately adjacent to the endovaginal probe upon insertion (arrowhead) confirming abnormally low cervical implantation.
