B-K mole syndrome | Fewer than 10 B-K moles to more than 100 moles prominent on the upper trunk and extremities; variability of mole size (5 to 15 mm diameter), outline, and color |
Familial syndromes |
Familial atypical mole syndrome | - Two or more family members with atypical moles
- One or more family members with melanoma
