Posterior uveitis due to ocular tuberculosis resolving with formation of choroidal neovascular membrane

Posterior uveitis due to ocular tuberculosis resolving with formation of choroidal neovascular membrane
(A) Fundus photograph of the left eye shows hyperemic disc with peripapillary choroidal granuloma and macular edema associated with hard exudates.
(B) Fundus photograph of the left eye showing decrease in hyperemia of disc, with resolving choroidal granuloma and macula edema.
(C) Fundus photograph of the left eye shows peripapillary scarring involving the macula and choroidal neovascular membrane.
(D) Fundus fluorescein angiogram of the left eye shows disc leak with hyperfluorescence in peripapillary area, suggestive of active choroidal neovascular membrane.
(E) Optical coherence tomography of the left eye shows hyper-reflective active choroidal neovascular membrane with subretinal fluid.
(F) Optical coherence tomography of the left eye shows scarred choroidal neovascular membrane and absence of subretinal fluid after anti-vascular endothelial growth factor treatment.
