Calcified pleural plaques due to asbestos exposure
The chest radiograph from an asbestos-exposed worker shows a "candle dripping" pattern of calcification, particularly in the right hemithorax. Bilateral linear calcifications are noted along the lateral pleural borders and right-sided mediastinal pleura.
