Safety checklist for office-based surgery

The Institute for Safety in Office-Based Surgery constructed a 28-step perioperative checklist to identify and control safety risks during the different phases of an invasive office procedure. This checklist is not intended to be comprehensive. Additions and modifications to fit local practice are encouraged.
